A very lucky group of grade 3, 4 and 5 students had the unique opportunity to talk to the renowned and prolific author, Roland Smith via video conference.  Students are familiar with the work of Roland Smith from their recent work with Battle of the Books.  Many students read 'Thunder Cave' and loved it so much they went on to read Elephant Run, Jaguar, I,Q and many of the other exciting books that Roland Smith has written.  Several weeks ago, students were treated to a presentation about the life and the work of Roland Smith.  This excited the students even more and they eagerly awaited the opportunity to ask questions of this author.
